SSC CGL & CHSL 2017 Court case: –
The trial in the scam case is being heard in the Supreme Court. It is news in this case that the court has asked the government to take a decision on the re-examination. Last year, thousands of students protested against the rigging in this examination.
In order to give suggestions on the issue, the Supreme Court haa order to make a committee of former Infosys Chairman Nandan Nilekani and computer scientist Vijay Bhatkar to avoid fraud in future exams.
Some other experts will also be kept in this committee. Even before this, the Supreme Court had sought the government’s suggestion to cancel the SSC CGL 2017 examination again. On the complaint of rigging the SSC CGL exam last year, thousands of students had performed continuously for several days in front of the SSC Headquarters in Delhi last year. After this, the central government had given assurance to conduct the investigation of the case with the CBI after which the students had finished the agitation. After the students’ agitation, senior advocate Prashant Bhushan filed a petition in this matter on the matter which is being heard.
