पीएम मोदी ने राष्ट्रीय खेल दिवस पर ‘फिट इंडिया मूवमेंट’ की शुरुआत की
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने राष्ट्रीय खेल दिवस के अवसर पर ‘फिट इंडिया मूवमेंट’ की शुरुआत की। “इस दिन एक महान खिलाड़ी का जन्म हुआ, मेजर ध्यानचंद। उन्होंने अपनी फिटनेस, सहनशक्ति और हॉकी स्टिक से दुनिया को चकित कर दिया।” वह लोगों को उनके रोजमर्रा के जीवन में शारीरिक गतिविधि और खेल को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए एक फिटनेस प्रतिज्ञा भी दिलाएगा।
केनरा बैंक ने एटीएम निकासी के लिए ओटीपी सुविधा शुरू की
सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंक, केनरा बैंक ने एटीएम निकासी के लिए भारत की पहली ओटीपी सुविधा शुरू की है। प्रमाणीकरण का यह अतिरिक्त कारक कार्डधारकों के लिए अनधिकृत एटीएम नकद निकासी से बचाता है। अब केनरा बैंक के एटीएम एक दिन में 10,000 से ऊपर नकद निकासी पर ओटीपी सुविधा के साथ सुरक्षित और अधिक सुरक्षित हो जाते हैं।
एनएएमए का एनओएपीएस-सिंगल विंडो क्लियरिंग सिस्टम लॉन्च किया
संस्कृति और पर्यटन राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) ने नई दिल्ली में राष्ट्रीय स्मारक प्राधिकरण के लिए एक एकीकृत एनओसी ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रसंस्करण प्रणाली शुरू की है। यह एएसआई संरक्षित स्मारकों के निषिद्ध और विनियमित क्षेत्र में निर्माण संबंधी कार्यों के लिए एनओसी का अनुरोध करने वाले आवेदनों के ऑनलाइन प्रसंस्करण में मदद करेगा।
नौसेना युद्ध के नायक नोएल केल्मन का निधन
नौसेना युद्ध के नायक और कीर्ति चक्र से सम्मानित कमांडर नोएल केल्मन का निधन हो गया। 1961 में गोवा मुक्ति के दौरान कमांडर केलमैन को वीरता के लिए कीर्ति चक्र से सम्मानित किया गया। वह कर्नाटक के अंजादीप द्वीप से पुर्तगालियों को बाहर निकालने के लिए एक ऑपरेशन में शामिल थे। जापानी पनडुब्बी के डूबने में उनकी भूमिका के लिए केलमैन को द्वितीय विश्व युद्ध में राजा की प्रशंसा से भी सम्मानित किया गया था।
सीजी पावर ने अध्यक्ष गौतम थापर को हटा दिया
बिजली उपकरण निर्माता सीजी पावर और औद्योगिक समाधान बोर्ड ने गौतम थापर को तत्काल प्रभाव से बोर्ड अध्यक्ष के पद से हटा दिया है। यह बोर्ड द्वारा शुरू की गई जांच के बाद आता है जब इस फर्म में कई करोड़ का वित्तीय धोखाधड़ी पाया गया, जिसमें अनधिकृत लेनदेन और देनदारियों को समझा जा रहा था। इसने आरोप लगाया था कि उक्त लेनदेन वर्तमान और पिछले दोनों कर्मचारियों द्वारा किए गए थे।
इंडियन बैंक ने MSME केंद्रीकृत प्रसंस्करण केंद्र खोला
इंडियन बैंक ने चेन्नई में MSME CPC (केंद्रीयकृत प्रसंस्करण केंद्र) खोला है। केंद्रीकृत प्रसंस्करण केंद्र बैंक के एमएसएमई पोर्टफोलियो को बढ़ावा देगा और सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यमों के ऋणों का त्वरित निपटान करेगा। बैंक ने क्रेडिट गुणवत्ता में सुधार करने और लेन-देन के प्रसंस्करण समय को कम करने के लिए सीपीसी में कुशल श्रमशक्ति की तैनाती की है।
टोक्यो में पैरालिंपियंस की मदद के लिए ऐप लॉन्च किया गया
2020 के पैरालिंपिक खेलों के लिए शहर की यात्रा के दौरान टोक्यो में सुलभ स्थानों को देखने के लिए पैरा एथलीटों की मदद के लिए एक मोबाइल ऐप लॉन्च किया गया था। “इंडस्ट्रीज़” जो अरहान बागती, भारत के पैरालंपिक समिति के जागरूकता और प्रभाव राजदूत द्वारा शुरू किया गया था, ‘टोक्यो 2020 के लिए उलटी गिनती’ में शुरू किया गया था।
एस्ट्रा राफेल संचार प्रणाली का हैदराबाद में उद्घाटन
एक इंडो-इज़राइल संयुक्त उद्यम के “एस्ट्रा राफेल कम्युनिकेशन सिस्टम” का उद्घाटन हैदराबाद में किया गया। यह प्रणाली भारतीय सशस्त्र बलों के लिए सामरिक संचार प्रणाली का डिजाइन, विकास और निर्माण करेगी।
एस्ट्रा माइक्रोवेव और इजरायल के राफेल एडवांस्ड डिफेंस सिस्टम्स के बीच संयुक्त उद्यम कई वेरिएंट में कटिंग सॉफ्टवेयर परिभाषित रेडियो का निर्माण करने वाला भारत का पहला निजी क्षेत्र का फर्म बन गया है।

Naval war hero Noel Kelman passes away
Naval war hero and Kirti Chakra awardee Commander Noel Kelman passed away. Commander Kelman was awarded the Kirti Chakra for valour during the liberation of Goa in 1961. He was involved in an operation to flush out the Portuguese from the Anjadip Island, Karnataka. Kelman had also been awarded the King’s commendation in the Second World War for his role in sinking a Japanese submarine.
CG Power removes Chairman Gautam Thapar amid fraud discovery
The board of power equipment maker CG Power and Industrial Solutions has removed Gautam Thapar as the board Chairman with immediate effect. This comes days after a board-initiated probe found a multi-crore financial fraud at the firm, including unauthorised transactions and liabilities being understated. It had alleged the said transactions were carried out by both current and past employees.
Indian Bank opens MSME Centralised Processing Centre
Indian Bank has opened MSME CPC (centralised processing centre) in Chennai. The centralised processing centre will give a boost to the bank’s MSME portfolio and will lead to speedy disposal of micro, small and medium enterprises’ loans. The bank has also deployed skilled manpower in the CPC to improve credit quality and shorten transaction processing time.
App launched to help Paralympians in Tokyo
A mobile app was launched to help para athletes to look up accessible places in Tokyo during their visit to the city for the 2020 Paralympics Games. The application “Ind Tokyo” which was launched by Arhan Bagati, Awareness and Impact Ambassador of Paralympic Committee of India, at the ‘Countdown to Tokyo 2020’.
Astra Rafael Communication System inaugurated in Hyderabad
An Indo-Israel joint venture’s “Astra Rafael Communication System” was inaugurated in Hyderabad. The system will design, develop and manufacture tactical communication systems for Indian armed forces.
The Joint Venture between Astra Microwave and Israel’s Rafael Advanced Defense Systems has become India’s first private sector firm to manufacture cuttingedge software defined radios in multiple variants.
